Next week I am talking at DeepSec IDSC 2009 Europe about the Stoned Bootkit 2 and its new features. I have written again a paper which should follow my paper from my Black Hat talk. I hope you enjoy it :). I will continue with my talk, where I stopped at Black Hat.

The new project site is http://www.stoned-bootkit.info/. I will publish the paper and presentation next week there.

I was on Black Hat USA, at Racking at Handom =), now it's time for me to make my own business. It is now the best time for me for doing my own startup - my own company "Insecurity Systems (InSec)". I am about to develop and deploy software for governments and law enforcement agencies. Within the next days I will launch the product site of Insecurity Systems. I am also looking forward to having some cool business connections and cooperations running.

In 2 weeks I am talking about the Stoned Bootkit at Black Hat USA 2009 in Las Vegas. First of all, I want to thank all people for their support and love to talk there and will love to have private talks with everyone I see there. You can plan your visits to the talks via the Black Hat Schedule. If you have any quetion, want to talk to me privately in Las Vegas just drop me a mail to Peter@Kleissner.com.

Check out the new Stoned Bootkit website at http://web17.webbpro.de/index.php?page=stoned-bootkit (hosted on this site). I have also a new blog under http://www.peterkleissner.com/ where I will write down my experiences.

I have provided now F-Secure and Symantec with binaries of the Stoned Bootkit, so you're secure when using their products. I have also sent the security department of Microsoft a mail regarding the attack and recent developments.
